The Community Relations programs are designed in hopes of giving students the opportunity to give back to
their community as well as instill a place for mcbUSA in the community. The
Willard Middle School Tutoring/Mentoring
Program gives students an opportunity to volunteer at the local middle
school for grades 6-8. mcbUSA also plans on
hosting a Shadow Day where various Bay Area high schools come to the campus for a day of tours, information sessions,
and other events. This allows students to get a feel of our college atmosphere as well as gets students interested in
the MCB major and/or other science majors at Berkeley.
